Housebuilder Product Awards 2025 - WINNERS
The winners of the 2025 Housebuilder Product Awards assembled for a celebratory lunch while enjoying the favourable weather - in front of the River Thames. These are the people providing solutions and innovations to the housebuilding industry, in areas including fabric, services and sustainability. Before the eight winning companies were handed their well-deserved trophies, Timandra Harkness, science writer, broadcaster and comedian, set them a challenge to create the innovations she wished to see around her home within the next 50 years. More immediately, the winners will vie for the Product of the year award at the Housebuilder Awards, on the 6th November 2025.
Now in their Thirteenth year, these Awards were successfully launched in 2013 by Housebuilder Media to reward excellence for products and systems which aid new home development in the UK.
The Housebuilder Product Awards are supported by HBF and NHBC and sponsored by Daikin, with judges from organisations including CPA, HBF, NHBC, Future Homes Hub and leading housebuilders.
Please contact events@house-builder.co.uk with any questions.
Congratulations to all of our winners!
