The winners of the Housebuilder Product Awards 2014 were announced at a lunchtime ceremony at Edgbaston Stadium on 2nd July

This year saw a fantastic number of entries and the winners will now go forward as finalists in the Best Product Category at Housebuilder's much coveted Housebuilder Awards in November for the chance to be crowned Product of the Year 2014*
