The winners for the eight award categories were revealed at the inaugural Housebuilder Product Awards ceremony at Edgbaston Stadium, Birmingham on Thursday 20 June 2013.
The ceremony commenced with a drinks reception before sitting down to a three course lunch and the awards presentation.
