HBF Technical Conference 2010

The HBF Technical Conference will this year look at the regulatory burden facing the industry.  With the forthcoming changes in the building regulations, the Code for Sustainable Homes and the Flood and Water Management Act upon us, now is the time to explore:

How will the sustainabilty agenda expand?

Why are there so many regulations?

Can any be removed to avoid duplication or are any not fit for purpose?

How do we tackle the cost burden of regulation?

Are there acceptable easier alternatives?

This year's conference will seek to address all the above questions, with our expert speakers offering their ideas and plans on moving forward towards Zero Carbon and 2016.
