Andy Sutton

Andy is Associate Director at BRE and a Chartered Architect who has worked with most of the major UK housebuilders during his career. He conceived and designed the multi-award winning Barratt ‘Zero Carbon’ Green House and the RTPI Wales’s award winning Maes-yr-Onn farmhouse. Andy also invented and led the delivery of the “LENDERS” mortgage affordability change, the adoption of which has become a stated UK Government policy, and he sits on the Welsh Government’s Innovation Housing Programme and Decarbonisation steering groups. He is currently working with partners to deliver low fuel cost, energy managed homes and to ensure quality of delivery on site.
