Matthew Pratt

Matthew Pratt is Group Chief Executive of Redrow, having been promoted to the role from Chief Operating Officer in 2019. As Chief Executive, he has led the business’ recent innovations, including the decision to roll out air source heat pumps to all homes ahead of regulation.

In October 2023 Matthew also took up the role of Co-Chair of the Future Homes Standard Implementation Board. This new Board was set up by the Future Homes Hub to enable the industry, Government and all relevant stakeholders to work together over the next three years on delivery of the Future Homes Standard.

Matthew trained as a quantity surveyor and graduated with a degree in Construction from Nottingham Trent University. He has over 25 years’ experience within the industry.
