Lucy Greenwood

Lucy Greenwood is an associate within the residential research consultancy team at Savills.

Her focus is on of bespoke strategic, development and investment reports for a wide range of clients.  She also manages the Savills Development Land Index and co-authors the quarterly Development Market in Minutes publication.

Her work includes residential development market commentary and regeneration analysis and application including value uplift potential.

Lucy began her career in the research department at Savills in March 2013 where she worked in the World Research team before focussing on UK consultancy.  Before joining the company she completed a PhD in Geology at the Open University after studying Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge.
