Keith Holland

Keith Holland BA (Hons) DipTP. MRTPI ARICS

Over 40 years experience in the field of planning both in the United Kingdom and South Africa. A member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1973 and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1983. Has worked at a senior level in local government the private sector and the Civil Service. Left his local government post of Deputy Chief Planning Officer in 1982 to become Director of Planning at a firm of chartered Surveyors. In 1989 became a founding partner in a firm of town planning and commercial property consultants. Joined the Planning Inspectorate in 1996, becoming an Assistant Director in 2008 with responsibility for major planning appeals and development plans throughout England. Since taking partial retirement in June 2013 has responsibility within the Inspectorate for Special Projects including providing advice regarding the preparation of development plans.
