Kathryn Ventham

Since joining Barton Willmore in 2003, Kathryn has worked her way up through the Practice, becoming a Partner, jointly leading our Solihull team, in 2013. Over the years she has been involved in a wide range of projects across all spectrums of planning but with particular expertise in mixed use and residential schemes, working closely with clients such as Taylor Wimpey, Redrow Homes, Orbit Homes and Gallagher Estates. Working across the East and West Midlands Kathryn has a strong understanding of the regional market and uses this to lock in to a number of national residential debates on behalf of Barton Willmore, including the ongoing housing land supply debate, through Expert Witness appearances at Public Inquiries.
