Gerald Malton

Gerald trained as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse, qualifying in 1986, and subsequently spent two years in London's financial markets.

He joined the listed commercial property developer/investor Frogmore Estates plc in 1988 remaining with the business through to its privatisation in 2000.

Gerald joined Fairview as Finance Director in December 2000 prior to the launch of the management buyout completed early the following year. He was appointed Managing Director in 2009 and became Chairman in 2013.
Fairview specialises in the unconditional purchase and development of mainly brownfield sites in London and its surrounding commuter belt. The group's focus is on first-time buyer and second-stepper markets, although current developments include a full range of unit types from studio apartments to luxury family homes. On average Fairview produces 600-650 new homes per annum.
Gerald is Chairman of the Metropole Group of the HBF representing the middle tier of home-builders across the UK.
