Dyfrig Hughes

Dyfrig Hughes oversees the development of SAP based software at National Energy Services, who run the NHER Accreditation scheme. He has a deep working knowledge of the SAP assessment processes that underlie the production of Building Regulations submissions and Energy Performance Certificates.    He sits on the'€“ Part L 2013 Review  Industry: Working Group '€˜Domestic Standards and Calculation Methods', and is closely involved in the further development and refinement of the SAP / RDSAP methodologies.  He has worked in the energy efficiency field for over 25 years and issued the first ever energy rating certificate.
