The conference heralds the launch of the annual Housing Market Intelligence report, a document that has become required reading throughout the industry each year.

Now in its seventh year, Housing Market Intelligence has been tracking and predicting the trends and opportunities in housebuilding throughout one of the most dynamic periods of change and uncertainty in the industry’s history.

Housebuilder Media is committed to delivering the most timely, informative and enjoyable events in the housebuilding industry, both independently and on behalf of the Home Builders Federation. These include Housing Market Intelligence (see left) and a range of other conferences and seminars, and social events. Regular conference subjects have included planning, technical and HBF policy – key issues facing the industry and focused on delivering highly relevant and vital information.

The fifth annual Housebuilding Innovation Awards evening will be held in the autumn, prior to which our top quality panel of judges will select the category winners. These are the industry’s own awards supported by the Governnment, HBF and NHBC and recognise those in the industry who are innovating to improve quality, design, efficiency and customer care in housebuilding. Past winners have included Barratt, Bellway, Midas, Redrow and Taylor Wimpey.

Companies are more imaganative than ever in how they spend their valuable marketing budgets and HBM is able to offer tailor made sponsorship packages for many of our events.
