The HBF Members Golf Day will return to Woburn Golf Club on 3rd July 2024

This year's HBF Golf Day takes place at the glorious Woburn Golf Club on the 3rd July. Teams of four have the opportunity to play on one of the award winning 18 hole Woburn courses and network with their industry friends and colleagues over drinks and good food.

All HBF Members are welcome to book a team and the day offers everyone the chance to partake in some healthy competition and fun, amongst the beautiful surroundings of Woburn. It's the perfect opportunity to invite along your team or clients. Alongside our team competition we will be running individual competitions giving all an equal chance to win a prize. Golfers should be of a competent playing level.

TEAMS ARE MADE UP OF 4 GOLFERS

GOLF DAY INCLUDES

• Coffee and breakfast sandwiches on arrival
• Players Woburn goody bag
• Team and individual competitions
• 18 holes of golf on one of Woburn’s courses (course tbc)
• Halfway house refreshments
• Evening meal with wine

Current format of the day:

09.00 – Registration and breakfast

Opportunity to practise on the driving range

11.00 – Shotgun start

16.15 – Return to Clubhouse

17.15 – Evening meal, wine & prize giving

19.45/20.00 - approximate close

HANDICAP RULES

We will be using the World Handicap System to calculate the number of

strokes received by each player. If you have an ‘official’ recognised

Handicap Index, then please let us know.

However, if you or your guests don’t have an official Handicap Index you

will still be able to take part using an ‘unofficial’ social handicap (This

will not be adjusted by the slope index for each course)

Each players Handicap will be requested closer to the event as part of the Teams Details form.
